If you really mean "can you get pregnant with your twin brother?" then, no. You cannot be pregnant with nor give birth to your twin brother....Your twin brother will have been in your mother's womb at the same time you were.
If you mean "can you get pregnant BY your twin brother?" then, yes...you can. You can get pregnant by any male who is fertile. If you do get pregnant by your twin brother, the baby would likely have some genetic defects, as this would be inbreeding.
I am wondering why would someone ask a question like this.

You can get pregnant with your twin brother but if you do you'll have twin children that are both sexes and they'll each have two heads four arms and four legs. Then you'll just have all kinds of problems.
Id stick with just doing it, it's sick but then you wont have to sell you kids to the circus.

Yes.
if a girl has a twin brother, they are not identical twins....this means the DNA would be different and pregnancy could happen (ew, but it could)
If one identical twin could impregnant another one (impossible because identical twins are the same gender) then it would be like getting one's self pregnant.

If your saying your conjoined together im guessing you still could but your brother would probably feel discomforted but you and someone else trying to get pregnant

As in, have sex with your twin, and get pregnant? Yes.
Although, if you're having these thoughts I would suggest you think more about seeing therapist than having babies.
