I've tried just about everything, but if I know there is food around me or in the kitchen, I will eat it. I have a healthy weight but it only because I am constantly going to the gym. How can I stop eating so much?

See a psychological counselor. You have a compulsion or obsession to eat. You may be trying to "numb" some pain in yoru past with food. Quit going to the gym and you'll swell up! Make an appt. today, b/c they stay booked weeks out.

If you're working out all the time your body may need food to keep up with you...try seeing your Dr and make sure you're eating the right types of energy foods....and maybe you're a little stressed....you could go talk to someone and do a little venting....that might help

it's because you're fit is why you eat so much. eating apples can help make your body think it's eaten more than it really has, especially when you've eaten a light meal. it's actually healthy to eat 6 times a day than it is to eat 2 or 3 huge meals a day. maybe when you think of eating you remove yourself from the area. Like me when I want alcohol, I get out of there.
