To say that God created somthing he can not control is blaspheme. If God does not control time then who does? Also how can we control time if we can control when we live or die?

God did indeed create everything, but he doesn't control his creation. God turned his creation over to man. It's our turn. We're up to bat.

Don't believe the christian antics, they are nonsense. If God controled time then he would be outside of it and he would have no say in what goes on inside this dimension. You can't control time and they changes things inside without coming into the trap of time. If God were to come in here and create things as has been told well then God would be stuck in the time warp with us and not have the ability to go back out. Unless of course God is omnipotent and he controls time.... Another one of their excuses. If that is the case then he is responsible for everything inside and outside of the time barrier and his failure to act deems him a guilty party in events such as 9/11 and the murder of children by fanatical people.

he does control everything
except for what a man choose to do like something evil or bad
that is out of Gods hands
he gave us the mind to think and make our own choices so we should make the right choices
God controls most external things except pollution
but still god controls everything

It is true that GOD has the power to control everything, but if HE did, then we would not have free will. HE has influences people, and major events before, but HE doesn't force use to do things HIS way. If HE did, Adam would never have eaten the forbidden fruit.
Can HE control everything? yes
Does HE control everything? no.

God can control anything he chooses to control... except, of course our free wil, thouh I guess he could thake that away too if he wants. And Santa can fly all the way around the worl in a single night, bringing presents to all the good little girls and boys. If he wants.

Can and Does are two seperate issues.

Frankly your time example is ridiculous. We do have an aspect of control over whether we live or die. Yes I can chose to walk in front of a bus. Yet I don't have a choice in other aspects, heart attack, brain hemmorage, etc.

God has the capacity to control everything. That doesn't mean he exerts control over everything. Free will, remember?
