Funny thing is you asked for the healthiest breakfast and then you go on to limit it? The healthiest breakfast would be carbs, real oatmeal with fruit bananas, raisins, etc.

What's funny to me is people on low carb diets don't understand exactly what the human body uses carbs for. Most importantly the brains uses carbohydrates as energy as does our body when energy is needed quickly. And really the reason behind low carb dieters being irritable. Limit carbs and better carb choices but frankly omitting them from your diet would be detrimental.

Grammar lessons will take you a long way in learning how to ask a question deserving of an answer. If you don't eat some fat, your body will say....."Oh my god, we're not getting any fat....I'd better make some in case I starve"....and you'll store a bunch that you don't want. Everything in moderation. The idea that you can't ever eat certain foods is nonsense. You could eat nothing but Big Macs for a week, and in the long term it would balance out. Stop thinking the way they want you to think and start thinking for yourself. Everybody's different. Pay attention to your food, and adjust accordingly. It's about you as a seperate entity not an average that some food company latched onto and uses to make you feel bad.

Eggs are the best protein you can consume at breakfast. They are easy to fix and can provide a variety of dishes. Spray a bowl with non-stick spray, beat an egg with a little water (just a spritz) and microwave for 1 minute. Add a bit of salt and pepper, if you like. Quick and easy.

6egg white and 2 whole egg veggie omlette with black coffee and whole wheat toast. Breakfast you can splurg on a little because it's the 1st meal and can stick with you all day and lessen your hunger.
