Yes. Absolutely. To suggest all life came from nothing is illogical.

Yes without a doubt

We know God is real because we have creation, and a creation implies a creator. If you look at the carvings of the presidents on Mount Rushmore, could you believe that it happened by random chance? The universe is far to complex for it to have been created by random chance. Think about the idea of the "Big Bang" that all of the stars, planets, time, and creation came from something exploding. That is ridiculous theory, and the fact that people believe we all evolved from one single cell is absurd. If a frog turns into a handsome prince quickly we all know it’s a fairy tale, but if a frog turns into a prince slowly it is modern science.

What makes more logical sense
God created the heavens and the earth
or dust created the heavens and the earth?

Any individual makes a basis assumption when it comes to God, and it is one that can not be proved. One either assumes there is a God-or one assumes there is not a God.
Neither assumption can be proved, must be taken on faith. The question of how we got here is immaterial. If one believes for example there is no God, then the big bang and evolution explain how we got here. If one believes in God, then he either believes in the 6000 year old world, or a God that used physical processes to 'create', Believing in God requires a little extra philosophical work--in that one has to define what he is, how he created, which flavor is correct>

i do not believe in God because I have not been given proof to there being anyone up in the sky looking down on us. I feel as if the bibl eis just a fairytale book, and it is there to control the masses.
and no one knows 100% how we all got here, do you?
i sure dont.

It comes down to a great paradox... if god created everything, then who created god?

If it's possible for one god to exist, then why is it not possible for other gods to exist?

If the universe is infinite, then how was it created?

If god has always been and always will be, then why cannot the same apply to the universe as a whole?

and the silliest of them all... if god is all powerful, can he create a rock so big even he cannot lift it?

No I don't. Because years of study have resulted in zero proof of the existence of a god or gods. I tend to think the Big Bang theory and theory of evolution do the best at explaining how we got her. I'm open minded though and if another theory is presented that is supported by the facts I'd consider it very seriously.

God is a concept. Its an idea, an imaginary being, nothing more. To confuse a concept with reality is bordering on insanity. I do not believe there is a god (other than as a concept) because there is simply no evidence showing that there is. How we got here has nothing to do with it. Like, if we didn't get here by god, then we must not be here??? Geesh!

If you believe god make you, then your parent did not do anything to you. You have no parent at all. I get here because my parent make their love and I am the by-product. I use yahoo and I by chance to get into here. How about you?

I believe in God, not because of anything I've read, nor a rumor I heard, nor a wishful thought, nor a wager with Pascal, nor a sequence off logic.

No, I believe in God because I took a journey and saw for myself.

i don't believe in god for the same reason i don't believe in the easter bunny, santa clause, or weapons of mass destruction in iraq.

nobody has ever shown me any convincing reason why i should believe in any of those things. i can see lots of reasons why people might want me to believe in those things (even if they weren't true).

god could exist and we might still not be here. so how does god's existence explain anything at all?

I absolutely believe in God. How can anyone look at this beautiful world or a newborn baby's face and not believe.
