I'm not that familiar with the internet. I just wanted to know if there are any good discussion sites for Christians only? This here I find is just a cesspool of people being ugly to one another.

Just a note to those suggesting I'm weak. I live in the downtown eastside of Vancouver. This is considered the poorest and toughest neighbourhood in the country. I have been threatened with knives and guns on more than one occasion and had to physically fight my way out of a few situations. I'm an acccomplished martial artist.
Don't forget christians there is also much work to be done within the body. Lets get our own house in order as well.
Do not cast your pearls before swine.

Don't be fooled by the outward looks of things as there is good & bad in everything. U will find People & Answers here right out of Seminary or indeed the "Primordial Pool" at almost any time. Just bring a coat of "Mail" as thin skin is easily "Cut" here! Remembering that Christ didn't teach in a nice clean & proper Synagogue will take U far here if U want to "Serve"??? Good to have U "Aboard"! John

I would not write off this site too quickly. There are many knowledgeable people on here. Of course, there are some that pick and poke and that sometimes with insult. You'll find that in any place.
There are many that speak the truth plainly, without ugliness added.
I never thought of this being considered a cesspool before.

If we love only those who are loving, what reward have we? I, in my heart, hear the Lord's words, "Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves; be ye therefore wise as serpents and harmless as doves" ( Matthew 10:16 ). We, as Christians, have the wisdom and the power of God abiding within us, we will not be scared off, crushed or beaten. Soldiers stand and fight, not cut-tail and run. Persecution and severe trials will sift true believers from fair-weather Christians. So, I hope you stay here...for no other reason, but Jesus.

There are, but the Christian-only sites tend to have the opposite problem - they get narrowly-defined by doctrinal disputes so that they end up being a bunch of people stroking each others' egos.
But check out Beliefnet's links for Chrstian blogs and sites, there's a good diversity of offerings there.

Why would you want to talk only to Christians? Well, this place is not for the weak. I like it here. Try some Bible study groups people have been setting up. But if you love our Lord, you are needed here

I find some on this site attacking and be-belittling the word of God.This has been happening since the cross.There is nothing new under the sun.There are some on here that
would like to learn by asking knowledgeable questions though.I like to answer from the word of God more than just give my opinion
because God will use his two-edged sword
better than someones opinion.

This is not the place to have a conversation that's for sure. You have weed out the tares from the wheat on this site...there are good questions but most are from atheists who just want to mock Christians and God...somedays it is hard to find a decent question to answer....
123Christian.com is a good site.

Catholic - online is a good site - with many diverse forums and topics and all religions are welcomed. On the whole everyone is very respectful.
