Never had it, but it sounds intriguing. Do you fry it whole?

Never tried it, but I think the frying detracts from any benefit you would get from the egg and corn meal on their own (protein and fiber "good"; oil "bad"!!!), not to mention that it could prove to be very messy and dangerous due to splattered, hot oil. I think I'll pass, thanks!

I certainly do! They're called Scotch Eggs and they're delicious. We dip them in different types of mustard like spicy brown, yellow, Gray Poupon, etc. It adds a zip to an appetizer that has great flavor on its own.

sounds good. scotch eggs does it one better: wrap the eggs in sausage, then in the cornmeal or breading, then deep fry. never tried either, but i'll have to do so one of these days.

sounds great! deep frying is my favorite way to cook and eat things. you can deep fry just about anything and it will taste good. rubber bands even, just kidding. wake up america and admit it , deep frying rules.
