No one likes the thought that once we're dead it's all over. It is difficult to come to terms with but sadly that's just the way it is. When will these people stop pretending? it is just getting embarrassing now in 2007?

Yes that's the end of life. As I'll be dead, go and look up 'dead' in the dictionary.

Sorry I didn't get your geographical location then I can work out the most likely god you pretend is real? I'll assume you're American therefore assume it is the Christian god? If not please set me straight as there are thousands out there.

well that is your belief. I'm not christian in any means but its the idea that there is something beyond this and if it gives comfort to those who believe it, then good, one less thing they haev to worry about.

False presumptions all around. Are you truly saying that once we're dead it's all over? And how do you know this? How does anyone know this? It's a conundrum. If your dead, you're not coming back because if you do then you wouldn't have died in the first place. So for you to assume that death is the end of everything is false because you don't know. You just don't.

Some people can sense the eternal part of themselves, better than others. People who are caught up in our overindulging materialistic society, can have their spiritual senses dulled, so that they can not relate to spiritual realm, or even their own spirit. To them the whole world is only the material stuff. They could respect those who do perceive the spiritual side of life, and use them to see for them, what they can not see, or they can deny that these people have any value at all. There are some very sensitive people, who are very intuned to the spiritual. You problably have one in your life, that you are close to.

whilst i substitute into starting to be up I figured that folk believed in God because of the fact they have been afraid to die yet i did not substitute into an atheist because of the fact I knew that the universe shouldn't exist logically because something can't come from not something and there is not logical clarification for the universe to have consistently been here without clarification for a manner it have been given here interior the 1st place. So I had an open techniques that consistent with threat there substitute right into a divine author. I basically have been given grew to become off by potential of all the human beings on television who claimed to be responsive to something approximately Him or the human beings who claimed to believe in Him who did not look to any extent further suitable than all of us else and on occasion worse than maximum human beings. I wasn't "afraid" of atheism. I considered atheists to be "stupid" because they had a favorable concept that there substitute into no God collectively as I in basic terms believed what could be proved to be real. in recent times i don't call human beings "stupid" or the different names because of the fact God says to coach His like to others.

Thats the whole point of religion. Thousands of years ago, things were happening, and people wanted to understand. They turned to their spiritual leaders for answers, and being a leader of any sort, you cant just say, 'beats me', when you are asked upon for answers. Ideas and theories were created, to better understand things that people didnt understand. no one wanted to believe that after they die, thats it (even tho its true). They wanted more, something to look forward to. religion was created to ease the thought of death, and after years and years, its become a staple in the way many people live. but when you get into the mind set that your religion is so indisputedly correct, and every one else is wrong, well then its time for a little talking to. the earth is only 6,000 years old? spare me. the earth was created in 6 days?? spare me. cute story tho, but its alot easier to say that, than try and actually explain how it got here. religion, better known as, the easy button

LOL it has nothing to do with being scared of death. Death is coming whether you believe in God or not. My reasons for faith are not your business and you dont know, so dont assume you know why, you dont........Your question is embarrassing that's for sure.

EDIT
Really? Faith = fear of death? I suggest you look up the definition of faith then. How "embarrassing" for you.....

"there is a man in the sky"? That is the hugest minimalization I have ever seen when you are referring to God.
Call me what you will...but you are in for a big surprise when you die if you reject Him.

May God bless you.

That's right, everyone else has been wrong for the last 2000 years and you are right . How silly of us. Better hope you are right. (Even though I know better and will pray for you)
