Okay, you have a strange question. As for marrying yourself in the literal sense, you already are married to yourself. Your soul and your body as one.
If you're asking if it's okay for you to perform a marriage ceremony between you and someone else, no that is not a sin. And don't think that's weird either, my father did it. Very interesting.
