Foods without caffein (including decaffein), spicy (mustard, curry, cinanmon, chocolate; etc.), alcohols, heavy sodium, sugars (if diabetics), fats. All these are bad. Sodium is 1500mg/day, substitude with vagetable sodium as need.

Depending on age, weight, and possible heart conditions. For a healthy young person your BP should be between
100/60 to 140/80 (low----high range)There are some people with lower BP's than that, but long as they aren't having any symptoms (dizziness or lightheadedness its OK...(i.e. 96/58). The PROBLEM with BP is the high and lows back-and-forth. Contact your DR to see what YOUR BP should be for your age etc...
