Well, God made a first wife for Adam, named lilith, but she wasn't meek, wasn't mild, and she wanted something more than the old "Man on top lets get this over with quick I need some zzzzzz" sex.

So he dumped her, and so Eve was brought out, who was a bit more to Adam's taste....
