right now this minute i think the words of Jesus mean more than anything. with imminent race wars and religious wars and armegeddon in the news, how can the whole world survive and still find grace with God, the words of Jesus are: Love your enemies and forgive those that despitefully use you. Resist not evil.
if we do this we can overcome the one world government and dictatorship and still be alive to see the second coming.
of course that die get to "Miss" the tribulation so their end is quick. but it would be too late to save the world and human civilization.

I find the most disturbing thing about all the recent trouble is that most of the conflict seems to be backed by organised religion, all of course claiming God is on their side. This so called God is the same one whether you happen to be Jewish, Moslem or Christian.

I think it demonstrates the folly of believing in a God that would permit this to happen. The world makes much more sense when God is eliminated from the picture.

Organised religion is invented by man to keep the lower social orders under control. It's social engineering on a large scale. In largely secular societies like Western Europe, God has largely died out "without Faith I am nothing".
