It's a Catholic thing, making it about religion, not Christ.
I wouldn't worry oneself about it.

of no consequence... if you are being told that those are something required of Those of The True Christian Faith... then you are receiving poor instruction... The Unity of The Church is Christ... the mark of one of The Church is the assurance of Salvation.... And Christ is The Only "Model" one of The Church needs.

Revelation talks about 7 churches, not 5. No idea what the rest is about. What religion are you talking about?

We have one model.....and it's from the book of Acts.
The first century church laid it all out for us in simple detail:
The reading of His Word.....
The singing of a hymn or 2......
Prayer.......
Teaching.......
