Well,
Conmigo= With me
Contigo= With you
Consigo= With it
Con usted also means With you but... for respect to people you don't know or are older add (Sir or Ma'am) Because in English doesn't exist words the same as Spanish and vice-versa.

You must say "con usted"

With the informal you, "tú" = "contigo"

There are only three cases in Spanish that use that very particular construction:

"conmigo, contigo, consigo."

conmigo means "with me"
consigo means "with himself" or "with herself"

contigo means "with you"
Quiero hablar contigo I want to talk with you. But that is the informal you (tu).

For the formal you (usted) there is no one-word, you have to write "con usted" for "with you"

With you is 'contigo'
if you want to use 'usted' it would be con usted

Not sure if that's what you're looking for though

contigo....
quisiera estar contigo

No me preguntes si te quiero. Ten la seguridad de que si no te quisiera, no estaría contigo. Y obviamente, tampoco es necesario que trates de averiguar cuánto te quiero.
