This wonderful and friendly Italian deli has it all. We seem to pop in at least twice a week to buy mascarpone, ricotta, guanciale and pancetta from them. They will happily let you sample things before buying.

You are a bit late, and were in London are you? but any good Italian restaurant should be able to tell you or most European butchers should have something you can use, wish I was coming for dinner, sounds great.
