The natural man is prone to sin. Every child is born completely innocent. It is a little twisted to believe a baby can go to hell.

NO. Yes we all have a sin nature when we are born, but until we reach an age where we understand right from wrong and can understand the Gospel message, we are not held accountable. This age is arbitrary and is not clearly defined. It is more about mental capacity than years alive. So someone with the mental capabilities of a two year old may live to forty, but never really reach an age of accountability.

Those that never have the mental capabilities and are never given a chance to make a choice will be given that chance when Satan is loosed again for a period after the Rature (but before the Millienial Kingdom is set up)... IMO.

All mortals are born with a sin nature... not"naturally" evil... big difference... "naturaly" evil means that the one so afflicted has no choice in the matter... mankind has the choise to succum to evil or not to... a child... one who has not yet achieved a state of understanding sufficient to make such decisions... or any mortal so mentaly handicaped that they can not develope such a state of knowing... will not be held accountable byGod if their mortal time ends before reaching that state of personal accountability... that age is different for each individual and only God knows when an individual reaches that state of mental development.... before that age they will be taken into Heaven if their mortal time ends.

That's the word according to the Calvinist, yes.

Personally I don't believe in the doctrine of original sin. Every person is responsible for their own actions when they are old enough to realize the differences between good and evil.

So I don't believe a new born baby will go to hell. That is absurd.

Not until he/she chooses to do something evil. Original Sin (Catholic belief) is merely a 'tweak' in the wrong direction. But it IS the reason they baptize early. Most Christians do NOT believe that children go to Hell before the 'age of reason', which could be anything from age 7 to adulthood.

No, we don't believe babies go to hell when they die. Most Christians believe that people have to reach the age of accountability before they can be 'sent' to hell. In Jewish culture, a child was considered of age at 13 when they were barmitzvahed. I believe that for some children it may be earlier, or later, depending on when they truly recognize the difference between right and wrong, and are able to make a conscious choice to choose or reject Christ.

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We die because Adam and Eve willfully disobeyed god. And our punishment for that sin and all others from that is death.
The way we live our life on earth will dictate whether or not we will be resurected later.
The only ones who will not have a chance at eternal life are the ones who know God, know what they should do but choice not to.
A baby wouldn't have the ability.
Hope I helped

That depends on the sect you are asking. A Calvinist will insist that even newborns are damned to hell right out the gate because of humanity's "sinfsul nature" (never mind that Jesus's death was supposed to take care of that). Other, more compassionate sects would be repelled by the idea.

Reality: No one knows. Anyone who says they know the answer to this question is selling something.

We are born with a sinful nature but until we come to an age where we are able to understand, then we can be sure that babies will see the arms of Christ. No where in the bible does it say that a babe will see hell if they die. If it does, prove it.

god created perfectly perfect human beings with free will and

free will> temptation> corruption

every human is born w a sinful nature, but we're not evil! newborns do not go to hell. only those who REJECT the gospel go to hell. God DOES understand that babies don't know how to philosophize and research religions.
