iI doesn't seem to matter if the question is Christian, atheist, science based, pagan, or whatever, a huge section jump to the conclusion that you are batting for one side, and attack the asker, usually without bothering to even read the question.

And many if not most of the questions are posted to be provocative so...

Because the subjects of Religion and Spirituality cause people to have strong emotions they can often provoke Anger and Hate in those posting and responding to questions here.

Many of the questions may be posted to be provocative, but I do not consider them to necessarily be posted out of Anger and Hatred if they are designed to make people think out their responses.

For example, a question asking Pagans about our Gods may be posted out of (1) Hatred, (2) a genuine wish to learn, or even (3) a genuine wish to EDUCATE about Pagan beliefs. I try to approach the ones about the Greek Gods as types 2 & 3 as if I approach them this way, I am more likely to be able to reach people.

Debra, i opt to first compliment you for asking yet yet another outstanding question. the final questions, of direction, deliver touching directly to the final solutions. And there are some outstanding solutions already written right here. i think of the important question is approximately faith: is our faith consistent with love, and on a God who's able to loving and forgiving us all? Or is our faith consistent with proper and incorrect, and on loving the "proper" yet hating all it incredibly is "incorrect" or "against God." specific, anger, discomfort, self-loathing, and different issues can lead us to experience hatred. and a few church homes help and domesticate this consequence. yet, it comes right down to this: what can we do while hateful emotions get up? If we return to God, and additionally be sure you have self belief interior the father who loves all, we would have the skill to paintings in spite of the undeniable fact that those emotions, no remember the circumstances or previous stories. Peace. "Hatred ever kills, love in no way dies. Such is the super difference between the two. what's won by using love is retained invariably. what's won by using hatred proves a burden basically for it will boost hatred." Gandhi

There can be a number of reasons.

A personal vendetta against a certain group perhaps , an empty life , mental problems ,,who knows.

Perhaps also if someone cannot prove their beliefs by what the Bible really teaches this can lead to frustration and anger.

Again another possibility may be imperfect human pride.

There can be many reasons why there are so many unhappy people in here and this is often shown in their questions , answers and other activities.

It is a shame , because I truly welcome good ,logical questions from genuine people regarding what the Bible teaches and what God requires of man today.

I wonder why myself. A lot of people accuse others of being hateful, but then turn around and behave in the same manner.

LOL, Deke, I'm not angry, just bossy. There's a difference.

Doesn't this demonstrate the very nature of religion? It divides us, it has never united us.

And I find Lucky S's response especially humorous, as she's one of the angriest people here.
