WHAT ARE SOME COOL PLACES FOR A 12 YEAR OLD TO HAVE A PARTY ITS VERY COLD OUTSIDE SO NOTHING REALLY OUTSIDE ALOT OF POINTS A MONTH FOR BEST ANSWER

Well your in the Dog section but your best bet would be at your house if its cold out. Sometimes big "fun depot" like places will let you have a B-Day. Place that has go carts and laser tag and that kind of thing. Hard to say since we dont know where you live

first, i would ask this in another section...because as you can see, you are getting a lot of unhelpful answers. But....I would say maybe in your garage! Clear the place out, put a heater in there if you want, and there you go!
