Can anyone tell me any website that is like paypal that will accpet visa gift cards.

It should work just like a regular Visa card anywhere.

I had AT&T rebates that came on a AT&T visa promotion card. It worked just like any Visa card, both at stores and on line. You don't have to do anything special.
