i have a 1 1/2 yr. old spayed female cat, and two 6 1/2 mo. kittens (they're siblings.) i can't tell if the girl kitten is in heat, but the boy kitten today just tried to mount on the adult cat who's spayed. i picked him up and looked at his pee pee and it was sticking out so i know for sure what he was trying to do.
the kittens aren't fixed yet, but why would he mount on a fixed cat? (his pee pee sticks out when he gives himself a bath, this started occuring about 3 mo. ago)

Wow. You can use the word PENIS. It is not a banned word.

Get them fixed. That way, at least there will be no pregnancies!!!

Why wouldn't he? He was probably more interested in just having a good time than he was in making babies... LOL

You should have them fixed at the appropriate age. Otherwise, they stand a good chance of habitually spraying in the house. The shelters are full of cats with bad toilet habits because their owners thought having them fixed wasn't necessary.

It's OK to look at his pee pee when he takes a bath. But, never make fun of it. That would probably cause him to have some psycholgical issues later on.

If the kittens are 6 1/2 months old, you better get them spayed/neutered...siblings or not, they may mate with eachother so it's time to get them fixed.

Your female cat will not go into "heat" if she has been spayed. The male kittens are hormonal and have the urge. I would suggest getting them neutered not only to hopefully leave your little girl alone but also to deter them from spraying.

Don't worry its completely normal for that to happen I suggest just to get him fixed. And he probably doesn't know that the female cat has been spayed.

It is normal for male cats to have their penis stick out when they are licking themselves, even if they are neutered. I would say that you just have a kitty that really wants to get some.
