you have to tell yourself that he was a jerk for dumping you for another person and do things to keep you busy as you find the right person the next time. I will give you a link to a good book you can read which may help your self esteem.
You didn't say how old you are but another thing you can look at is the second site about handwriting analysis. You can actually gain more self esteem by the way you write as well as spotting losers who will leave you for someone else. Just the fact that you learn how to do that should be a way to make you feel better about yourself perhaps.
If you are still in school, try getting some DMAE from a health food store - about $5 and all natural so no side effects - and you will find this will improve your concentration and memory and might help your self confidence as your grades improve.
I get an impression that you may mean an ex boy friend and that you are still in school perhaps and at a young age insecurities are something you grow out of and become stronger for having grown out of them. Good Luck to you!!

put on ur hottest outfit, have ur hair done and make sure that the person u got dumped for is not prettier than u, and go for a walk in his block let him see the new u. make him regret his decision even if u don't want him back just make him wish he could turn back time to be with u again.
