My husband were best friends for years before we realized we loved each other
We did not have sex, so we did not have that problem

Are you Pregnant?
Is he the father?

If so, just be his friend. Ask him to be a father, pick out names, raise your child. Just be his friend and have your baby. Put everything else away for a while. If you meant to be with him, you will be. Good luck

A man's point of view - it could be that because you love this young man, you are willing to give him a personal part of yourself. Most young men will take that EVEN IF they don't have the same feelings toward you.

The best person to talk to is this young man. Find out how he feels. You might also think about talking privately with your mother. i would hope she can handle this without getting overly reactive to the situation. No doubt she will be upset. Perhaps you have a close OLDER sister to talk with, or Sister-in-law.

I have a feeling you will need lots of support. Be ready for people around you to react strongly. It won't be pleasant, but now the fact is that you are pregnant.

I wish you the best, and hope you get what you want.

The only way to find out for sure is to talk to him and share your feelings. I married my friend and then we had children. Friends will make the best life long companions. You already have so much in common. Maybe he feels the same as you but is afraid to say something for fear of hurting your friendship. You will never know unless you talk with him about it. I've always said how wonderful it will be in my older years to look over and see my best friend next to me. Passion & lust in the beginning of a relationship will eventually fade because we all get old & wrinkly but the love of a true friend will never fade. I wish you all the best and please just talk to him. You'll be glad you did!

i think of you could relax so deeply and settle for issues to such an volume which you're feeling love in each and every thing. you will nonetheless react to oppose issues which look out of cohesion with the circumstances, yet there is what i assume is 'unconditional love' for existence itself which suits previous all circumstances and types. i think of letting pass of the suggestions which make us stressful and consciously relaxing into each and every 2d can take you to a love it relatively is unconquerable. at an identical time as i think of this provides you with large 'ability' interior the international, this love conquers the terror interior, fairly than hindrances exterior, which could persist.

Hate to say this but if you got pregnant by a "friend" then that is your issue if they like you or not. Probably the guy was just wanting easy sex. Sex is not something to play around with. You can get STD's, pregnant and have more responsibilities then you wanted. Hopefully things will work out. Get up the nerve to let him know you are pregnant, but do not give your hopes up that he will stick around. I hope he does though becuase babies are wonderful gifts. Good luck and take care of yourself and the baby!!!

I make it a habit not to have sex with my friends, so the answer is no. I'm sorry you're in this situation. This is why friends with benefits is just a bad idea. Hopefully when your baby is born, he'll love him/her. Good luck to you.

I did! At 15. We were best friends. I chose to give our child up for adoption because I was very young. We are still friends today.

No, but you would probably come off better telling him how you feel.
