I've never heard of precisely this. But there are conditions that can damage the brain that will not cause the body to age more quickly than usual. For instance, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease are widely known causes of dementia. And strokes will quite literally kill parts of the brain.

i don't think that there is a specific brain condition, only a scence of maturity. everything that you've been through affects your brain in most cases. some people react differently to different thing that have happened to them like hardships. it also depends on the way that you were raised, wether your parents were solem, a little crazy, or something in between.
