I know how you feel. You need to drink plenty of water , take zinc found at vitiam shops, take multi -vitiam , massage your skin to get the blood circulating, wash your face 2 times a day, take a hot wash cloth and put it on for 2 to 4 minutes. Hopes that help.

I don't know about tea tree oil, but I've used aloe plant. To use that first find an aloe plant (might be out-of-season) cut it in half, apply the half's opening to your skin (save the othe half for the next day. It might feel sticky, and it does use a lot of plants, but I stopped using it. That might be what your friend was talking about. But otherwise I use ProActive.

Have you ever tried Arbonne's Acne Line? They have an amazing line that clears up your skin naturally. If you want more info, just let me know.
Here's a quote from Arbonne's web-site:
"I have battled acne for about 10 years. I started using Arbonne Clear Advantage about nine months ago and my complexion has improved 110%! I’m pleased that after nine months of use, I’ve outdone nine years of trial and error with other products. Thank you!"

I have always used Noxzema and I won't say for how many years. What I will tell you is that I have never had any major acne problems. Just be patient and remember that things like that usually get worse before they get better. Good Luck.

You'll find it any any pharmacist's or chemist's, just ask and they'll give you a bottle. Be careful with that stuff though, it's a very strong antiseptic and it could irritate your skin if you use it in too strong a concentration.

You should be able to find it in any organic or health food store. Sometimes you can find it among african american hair products.
