Everyone who said that Rotel is tomatoes and green chiles is right, but I have some things that you can do with Rotel ;-)

Mix one can of Rotel with one can of plain diced tomatoes, a good squeeze of lime juice, some dried cilantro, and a dab of hot sauce, throw in the food processor, and you have authentic Mexican SALSA!

Or mix one can of Rotel with a big block of Velveeta diced, and microwave in 30 second bursts until it is all melted, then stir and use as an awesome dip, or topping for Southwestern Sloppy Joes!

A time saver. I use it to spice up my chili. Why chop chili peppers and tomatoes when it's already been done for .89 cents a can?
