I just get so mad that there are more bad days than good. It could be that the heart rate is out of control and makes it hard do anything but lay in bed! Or that all in all I just don't feel good, nausea, headache, etc.
I am under a doctors care and having numerous tests ran right now. I am looking for ways to mentally over come this so I can function from day to day. I am sick of being in bed and I believe if I had the right tools that I could take charge, without taking all kinds of pills.
Does anybody have any ideas how to become more mentally strong when faced with health problems that change from moment to moment? I want to control it, not have it control me. Any ideas?

Without knowing what's making you sick, I hesitate to make too many suggestions.

But I do have a few.

1)Try eliminating all the food additives and preservatives that you can. Sometimes those can make one quite ill, including the symptoms that you described.
2)Get a few good funny movies. Laughter really is the best medicine, and it won't harm you in any case.
3)Have you been checked for sensitivity to petroleum? That appears in my family, and at times it has made my mother deathly ill.

Good luck!
