My two year old has been crying alot lately. He talks but not really well. Can he be having headaches at this age? Or could something else be wrong with him. Help, I am very worried. Today my husband said he was grabbing his head and started to cry, then he started to hit it with the bed. What does this mean?

He doesn't have fever. Or any other symptoms. He has been pretty healthy. Could it possible be an ear infection or something worse.

They can totally get headaches. It can be for lots of reasons too. Things that don't seem to be too loud or bright to us can cause him eye stress or hurt his ears, which in turn can cause headaches. He might also have an ear infection. I'd try giving him some Tylenol and checking for sources of irritation (lights, TV, radio etc) and if he still hurts, call the pedi.

He may be frustrated that he cannot speak very well. My son did the exact same thing at that age because he could not get out what he wanted to say, nobody could understand him except me and at times I didn't know what he was saying either. I called the local school districts special education department and asked for an IEP (Individualized Educational Plan) Referral so that I could get Speech Therapy at no charge for me. But I would first take him to the doctor to rule out headaches and ask him/her about speech therapy as well.

Take him to the doctor and have them test his eyesight and hearing. He could be having headaches if his eyes are strained, and ear infection is painful and common in little ones. Call your doctor.

I believe the 1st answer. She could desire to have a ingenious and prescient situation and the rigidity on her eyes could desire to be inflicting her to have problems. i haven't heard of a baby having problems at that age, yet i'm optimistic it is not something severe. Take her to the familiar practitioner inspite of the shown fact that--it is extra appropriate to be secure than sorry. stable success and God bless.

Kids will also get headaches when they're getting in molars. Check out his mouth, and see if it feels like he's getting a new tooth or two.

Do you or your husband get migraines? They are hereditary. My dad and one of my sisters gets them and the first one I remember getting I was 5 years-old. Ask him if he has an "owie head". Take him to his doctor and have them run tests.
