Two children get taken into care ... reason, "bad parenting"...24 hours later, the children, under watchful eye of two foster parents with "over 15 years experience" run away...?!!!

A: how come they were left unattended long enough to run away.
B: Is there a credible legal arguement against the custody now?

Surely the kids would be watched intensely seen as they had only just been taken into care.... and how does the "bad parenting" arguement hold up, when EXPERT carers have lost the two kids?

The kids are both girls youngest is ten years the other 12 ? ( I think ). The father is faced with having to divorce his wife if he wants custody of the kids.. all in all he's having a rough deal and loses both ways.

A: no child can be watched 24/7 - a child wants to leave he/she will find a way.
B: Argument for the foster parents?? Not following this question at all. Custody will more than likely go back to the foster parents (same ones) or different ones. Depends on age of children..if in their teens they could be seeing a Juvenile Detention Home for runaways.

G'luck on this.

they were left unattended long enough because you have to give kids enough space in a new home to feel comfortable. 2 guardians or not you cant hound them or keep them under lock and key. if they ran away, chances are theres something that you dont know about them that they would run away. though for their sake i hope they dont do it too much. they are put into a foster home to give them comfort. they run away the next place they go is a juvinile center and they arent as kind as fosterparents would be.
and no if the mother lost them she cant get them back unless she follows what is being asked of her. though normally takeing a kid old enough to run away, what teenagers?

custody remains with social services, and the kids may be placed under other sircumstances if they continue to run.

How formerly did he bypass away the state? you will get infant help while not having your divorce very final yet. reckoning on what state you're in, there's a timeframe. If he left your residing house "x" quantity of months in the past then you rather can report for infant help right this moment in the path of the child help workplace while not having your divorce executed yet. Then it is over. He will no longer be able to get around it. i'm effective you have the delivery certificates of the youngsters & in all probability comprehend something of the records. they want besides. He will no longer be able to dispute paternity & drag this out. as quickly as infant help is everyday and set, it is so demanding to do away with, and he will no longer be able to apply it as a barganing chip to any extent further. i'm effective that there is a thank you to get your divorce stored faraway from him, yet no longer understanding your state i will no longer be able to be effective of the easily time frames. There are "loopholes" in each and each state, in case you have been seperated and "no longer residing" jointly for x quantity of time then you rather for sure have already agreed on who gets to maintain what property, you have for sure agreed on any style of issues in case you have been residing seperate lives for that long, and that they'll furnish it without the consent of the different person. i'm fantastically effective that maximum of those loopholes are years away, yet you will get help meanwhile, & without his ok. he will have no determination.
