One month ago i read somewhere that the best and productive way to sleep is to sleep 45 minutes every 4 hours.I am wondering if someone else have read this, or if he has odther methods... And i also read that a chinese man (one cult in particular) cand sleep for one minute witch equivalents to 6 hours of resting. I am very curious and cant find nothing on the net 4 now....

I am so sorry to tell you (as a life long insomniac) there is no definitive set cure!!! You will have to try practically every suggestion there is offered to try to find a solution. And I mean EVERYTHING.
I can old tell you from experience of a total of 40yrs (I am 41 and as my sister told me since I was a infant my "sleep" pattern has never changed!!! Its all trial and error and nothing (if it works) does not last forever.
