im doing a project for English and i need to know what one of his quotes mean. the quote states, " cauliflower is nothing but cabbage with a college education" does anyone know ANYTHING about this quote?

It was his comment about college education. It looks good, but doesn't necessarily make you any smarter.
(a fancy cabbage is still a cabbage)
