First of all you've given the skillet a bad rap already by adding OIL to the skillet. (not fair to the skillet)
Science Experiment Time
-2 eggs
-1 non stick pan
-1 microwave

Ding times up

*Microwave Egg Comes out Dehydrated
*Skillet Egg Creamy Silky & Sexy

However 1 tablespoon of butter should be cooked in with 3 Eggs and remember eggs are fragile so dont wisk them in a Bowl before you "DUMP" them into a non-stick pan. crack 3 eggs in a pan add butter & Heat maybe some fresh chopped chives. constanly stirring and folding "Gently" . DONT ADD SALT UNTILL EGG IS COOKED.

Well, I just googled it and I guess nobody agrees on it. I try to use the microwave as little as possible. It just can't be healthy for you in my opinion.

yes, the microwaves do kill some of it, but you don't need oil to scramble eggs either tho, use a non stick skillet of, cooking spray when you scramble
