I would choose c because if you phone the police about it all you might just end up a suspect and then where will you be?

I would turn in both because what if the guy was a bank robber and the cops knew the guy had the cash. If you just turned in the body and not the cash, then eventually they would figure out that it was you that had the cash and also might think that maybe you was also in on it and turned in the body only just so you could get away and draw suspicion away from you. They would have probable cause and get a warrant and come and search your place. Then they would find the cash and send you to jail.

C
If you phone the police and keep the cash it looks bad for you. If you phone the police and report the body and the cash you lose the cash.

C. If I decided to keep the cash, which would be a crime why risk implicating myself in the case? You know they'll be an investigation and reporting the body would would only serve to add my name onto the people of interest list.
Like what if it was known the diseased had a lot of cash in his or her possession before their demise? What if they have mob ties?
The rule of the 3 S's applies here. Snatch, skedaddle and above all shut up about it.

A) because if they found out about the cash (either that I had just got a lot of cash, or that cash had been with the body) I would be in serious trouble

D. Keep the cash, rifle through the corpse's pockets.
Does he have a nice wristwatch? An Hermes necktie, a Montblanc pen, or really good shoes? The keys to his Porsche? These little details are important.
BTW, my name's not really Andrew, although we're the same size and he had really good taste!!

I would definately report the body and the cash. It is the right thing to do. I mean, what if the briefcase of cash was the only piece of evidence that could convict the killer?

Turn the body and cash over to the police, Since the guy is dead the police will have no one to give the money too, it will be yours in a year!

A
You need to report both because the money could be a clue as to why there is a body. You wouldn't want to sand in the way of the investigation would you.
Also, the money could be traced and you may end up in jail anyway for theft.
