How do you use photoshop cs?

How do you change the colour of your eyes and blur out stuff you dont want to see!!!!

To change color of eyes...... you have to select the area you want to change the color in.... take that ROUND selection tool.. it's on the top left with "dotted lines" around it. By default the SQUARE is there but, if you click it and hold down the button, you will see more options come up.

Select the area.... then go to Image>Adjust> then use the "color balance" OR the "hue/saturation" option. You can just play around with those to get the color you want.

As far a the whole BLUR thing goes.... all you have to do is SELECT the area you want BLURRY (either by the: Square selection tool, the freehand LASSO one OR the Magic Wand looking one... if you use the Magic Wand, YOu can hold down the "Shift" key and then just keep clicking the areas you want to select) once the areas you want blurry are selected then go up to the FILTER menu at the top and then go to BLUR and from there you can pick different BLUR methods.

ALSO.... I would COPY the layer you are working on just in case it gets messed up etc. then you dont have to worry about anything.... just go back to the original and start again. I NEVER work on my original because i've lost too many in the past :) just a good rule of thumb
