Yes angel they do grow, not very big but if you like small dogs this is a good breed. Have part Bishon , pug and he is a pretty dog and a good gentle dog.

All puppies grow unless there is something horribly wrong with them. A Bichon puppy just isn't going to get very big. The average size for this breed is only 9" to 12".
