Practice your speech in front of a mirror. Smile and imagine talking to your friends about the subject. Make sure you have your talk in outline form on 3 by 5 cards. Go over it and over it. Since you have practiced this a lot, you know it better than anyone else in the room. Remind yourself of this. Also, if you feel you might shake, narrow it down to a small part of your body, like a toe. Just imagine it. You can actually cut down the stress you might feel. As you practice, imagine how your audience is acting. You can try different ways of doing your speech depending on the response. This helps because you have in a way already done your speech. When you finally give the talk, you have lots of experience behind you. Good luck. I have shared how I have done it. It works for me.

Practice what you have to say in front of a mirror, then in front of family members or friends and ask them for a critique.
Stand just as you would to make your presentation and just do it over and over again.
When monday rolls around, get ready, take a deep breathe and do some shoulder rolls before you start and do it. Take your time when you talk so you will sound natural and not stumble over your words. Know yor speech enough so that you only have to make an occassional glance at your notes.
I know you want to get it over with as soon as possible, but rushing through will only allow you to make more mistakes, the audience will not understand what you are saying and you may get a lesser grade.
good luck

I was exactly the same this time last year, but then had to do some presentations during my access course.
I think the only thing that helps, is just doing it..the more practice you get, the more easier it becomes.
At the end of my course i had to do a 20 minute presentation on the Ashley treatment, and i was 100% prepared, did all my research, and it was really good!
Good luck!

Step 1, relax, take it easy. Step 2, Prepare for the big day a) Get the important points, content on a peace of paper. b) Read slowly, carefully before the mirror a few times. c) After you gain some confidence reading before the mirror get a couple of friends to join in and listen you read, take feedback from them d) Practise, Practise, Practise. It makes a man perfect. Step 3, on the bigday, wake up early, practise the presentation once, have a bath, eat breakfast, get dressed and go to the office Step 4 In the office keep yourself busy so the worries about the presentation dont get you but dont stress yourself too much, be casual, joke around your collegues. Step 5 Go there take a few deep breaths, smile and pat yourself on your back for working so hard for the presentation. Its your big day make the most out of it when you speak. After you have gone through all these steps I assure you the you will be a star when you give that presentation, dont let fear control you, this time you know you are not going to mess it up becoz you worked soooo hard and this time you believe in yourself. Go do it

first realize that you know more about the subject than anyone in the room
newxt and most important look over everybody's heas dont look at faces, turn your head to the right tuirn your head to the left, it appears that you are a good speaker because.
Ignore people who yawn, say things.
Use note cards or a large paper in the back of the room with your notes.
Focus on a friend's face, someone who you trust, the teacher for example.

You can practice in front of people you feel comfortable around or try in front of a mirror.
Tell yourself you are well prepared and make sure you know your presentatin well.
Take a deep breath and try to look at people forehead, it looks like you are looking in the eyes but you aren't.
