I think you should have it. There are probably substitutes other answerers will give you. However, for really good fried chicken you need flour.

Kentucky Fried Chicken 1-3 lb. chicken parts 1 egg, beaten 2/3 cup Club Soda 1 envelope Italian Good Seasonings Mix Mix all together and dip the chicken in the mixture. 2 cups Bisquick 1 envelope Italian Good Seasonings Mix Mix together and roll the dipped pieces in the mixture. Deep fry the chicken pieces for 3 minutes (use 350F if you have a thermostat on your deep fryer). Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

Do you have any corn meal, bread crumbs anything like that? Those would work just as well or even better. But if you don't have any, just go ahead and fry it plain. It will be a bit different, but will still taste yummy. Love fried chicken!

You could also use dried bread crumbs or minced corn flakes. If you have a little bit of flour, dip the chicken very lightly in that first, dip it in a bowl with a beaten egg and then cover it with the crumbs or corn flakes.

Season it up and smother fry it.Take and put the chicken in a deep skillet with a lid.Put the chicken in and cover with the lid.Med heat cook til brown,then turn over.Cook with the lid.When you want it crispy take the lid off last 3 mins before you turn or remove from skillet...

You can fry it without the flour--the skin will be crispy. If you want to coat it with something, you could use self-rising flour, crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs, but not corn meal--that's yucky.

If you have self rising flour use it.
If not I would put the uncoated chicken in the oven and bake it.

Use the flour that you have instead of panfrying it use your oven 425 degrees for 45 minutes.

You can dip into a mixture of crushed corn flakes and dry instant mash potato mix then bake in the oven

just cook it. it wont be the same but its still chicken. egg yold and bread crumbs might work. but just make it and eat it anywayz man you can get flour tomorrow....
