In many cases, it's because they have had so many women pursuing them that they don't feel they have to be nice to get women. They also get big egos because of this and start to assume that no matter how they behave, women will put up with them.
Many good looking women have the same problem. I think it's just a human trait that people who are sought after develop.

some people take alot for granted..... men, I think can be too arrogant in general....
humility is a great (one of the best) qualities in a relationship...
tell me that you don't want to be adored? Tell me that you don't want to be shown appreciation every day of your life?
people that go through adversity "ugly" people...have developed a beauty that never fades or ages....that is the beauty of the soul....
lastly, something about the way you worded your question makes me think you are "ugly" (your word) on the inside.... don't get pissssed or upset.....I don't know you and I hope I am wrong.....but look within to gain happiness without (in your life)

Because they are good looking, they believe they are God's gift to women and they can get and do any girl they want. Their egos are so high in the sky that they act like jerks because they think they are the only thing in the world that matters. They KNOW they can get you, they KNOW they can have their way with you and they KNOW they can easily move onto the next girl. >=P

Probably because they know that pretty girls will sell themselves short and fall for anything. Also I have seen that pretty girls like to be treated like ****. Probably not true for every woman but you get what I mean.
