Heros es; te amo.
Word for word you could say heros meus es et te amo.
As with any language, you can say anything more than one way in Latin. Another common translation for hero is vir, but I never liked that translation. I don't know why I don't like it, either! I think because vir = man, and not every man is a hero, not a real one!
Diligo is not a word you want to use for love, and one of the answers you got here was in Spanish, not Latin. One wonders why a speaker of Spanish does not know that their language isn't Latin.
