Roasted garlic cream cheese on a toasted bagel. Sometimes I put a slice of salami on it.

On plain bagels either regular cream cheese (not the fat free tasteless stuff) or cream cheese with garden vegetables in it.

I like everything bagels with either bacon & chive cream cheese, or veggie cream cheese - but I also love everything bagels with sausage, cheddar cheese and egg. YUMMY!!!

Lightly toasted, high quality creamy butter or clarified butter/ghee, high quality cream cheese. Sometimes I like to eat it with chutney.
