An HIV vaccine is in the works...but there is no information as to a possible release date. Extensive testing is still needed and so is final FDA approval. That can take years.
THERE IS NO CURE FOR AIDS, NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE TELLS YOU. Treatment for HIV...yes...no cure for either HIV or AIDS.
As for other vaccines, the time it takes to appear depends on many factors. New drugs of any kind must undergo strict and extensive testing through protocols formulated by the FDA.

Just make sure you know the difference between a vaccine and a cure...a vaccine is NOT a cure...it is a preventive...and no vaccine is 100% effective.

Antibiotics for this bacteria come out next year. If you wash your hands and do not pick your nose you should be safe until then. There is no commercial value for a MRSA vaccine so it is not likely to be developed by a large company, however, it will likely be developed by companies interested in "neglected diseases"

there is already a cure for AIDS and the flesh eating virus which is staff or strep.
The human immune system is the cure with the proper nutritional food molecules that are missing in the modern diet.
With AIDS, the viral load goes down and the white blood cell count goes up, which is what Magic Johnson is doing.

Pharmaceutical companies do not want you to know this stuff because they have so much money and power that they fund the media. They don't want us dead; they don't want us well...
They just want us sick so they can keep making our insurance spend up to 20 dollars a day for the rest of our lives making them grow from a multi billion dollar industry to a trillion dollar one.
They are ruthless at the task of brainwashing everyone that some vaccine or medical miracle will cure us just around the corner.

I have not heard of such an AIDS vaccine...
Who knows, it depends which scientists are working on it and how lucky they get.
