The fire one, I have a bluetooth icon for my bluetooth dongle on the desktop, when i try to delete it nothing happens, and there's no delete on the right click menu.
secondly, i want documents, computer etc on the desktop, i've seen the menu somewhere but i can't remember where. Help me please? :)

Vista is good, so f*ck off.. works better than XP for me. Answer my question, don't rant. And I don't want shortcuts to documents and computer, I want it actually on my desktop

It says 'shortcut to Computer' with the little shortcut arrow over the icon. I don't want this, just 'computer' with no arrow :)

Ok i've got documents + computer on the desktop now. but not sure how to get rid of bluetooth still ;)

For the 2nd one, go to the start menu, select view all programs, then click on Computer. To the left of your screen you will see those folders. Just drag them over to your desktop =)
What do you mean you don't want shortcuts?
Oh ok, well I don't know then. That's what I did and I have Vista. I just right clicked and renamed the file "My Computer". It works just the same. Good luck!

Had the same problem, remove it with the following program unlocker 1.8.5.First turn off the user access control than reboot your computer now you can delete the bluetooth icon.Tried and tested by myself .Also there is another good free program alyhough i have not tested it yet,called file assasin .Second question right click the chosen folder and go down to send to than select desktop.

sounds like you want documents, computer saved within the desktop. Well you can't, the best you can do is have a shortcut. The reason is the desktop is below Computer in hierarchy so the desktop resides in Computer so you can save computer in Desktop.

ive got vista on my laptop and when i plug the bluetooth dongle in, the icon appears, and when i take it out, it disappears....cant help you with the other but let me know if you figure it out....xx
