Steps:
Get about 1 to 2 cups of sugar and 2tbps corn starch
Get a blender.
Put sugar and corn starch in blender.
Turn blender on.
Play the waiting game until sugar turns into more of a powder than a grain.
Take sugar out of the blender.

It won't work out right.

While you're at the store getting corn starch, pick up a bag of powdered sugar, too.

Sugar & a blender is all you need ,besides it gets to the powder stage really fast ,no need for the waiting game either.You cab even powder sugar by placing in a ziploc bag & rolling over it with a rolling pin,works when you need just a small quantity.

No, but I think you can put regular sugar in a blender and make it powdered.

No. Corn starch and flour are derived from completely different things.

if you buy a magic bullet, you can use sugar and blend it til it becomes as fine of a powdered sugar you want

Haha I dont believe you can, powered sugar is sugar, nothing else really.

No you can't use any type of flour to make any type of sugar.
