Actually this makes no sense at all, since 'sin' is supposed to mean disobeying a deity, and someone who doesn't believe said deity exists at all cannot reasonably be said to be disobeying it. The word 'sin' would only apply to believers even if a deity *did* exist, which of course is not the case, so sin does not exist either.

I don't buy it.

Only because I am a lesbian and I am Christian. Most Christians tend to fixate on that aspect of my life; not how much of a Christian I am.

It gets to the point where they tell me I should just lose my faith in God because I will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

OK I'll bite, there is no"SIN" but however there is evil I would have to say no matter what you call it the greatest evil is not treating your fellow humans the way that you would like to be treated or worse deliberately hurting someone particularly a child.
How a parent could kill their child just because it wouldn't stop crying is to me unfathomable. Where ever you believe children came from they are a gift and to hurt them is the greatest evil.

"The greatest sin is not believing God". True or false?

Are you kidding?
I thought the greatest sin was to watch Harry potter!

I'll make a blind stab at answering this correctly....

Believing in God is a failure to accept the truth of reality and that, dear friends, is either a true mental disorder or moral failure, ( ... a sin if you prefer to use silly religious words.)

The greatest sin is the rejection of the grace of God through the blood atonement of Christ Jesus on the cross.

If the concept of sin truly existed, it would be so only if you didn't believe in yourself.

Sin means transgressing God's law. When was the last time ignorance got anyone off the hook for breaking man's law? Never. Same thing. Just becasue you don't believe God's law exists (Even though you have free acess to it) is not an excuse for breaking his law
