Of course,
But the CIA receives about 1,000 applications for every opening they have.
So it's not an easy position to get.

CIA is American, SIS and MI5 are British. SIS and MI5 don't let any people from foreign backgrounds in. Or are you asking if anyone's been recruited from one of those?

Yes. My name is Bond James Bond. I was recruited by MI6 (SIS) at Roedean (it's a girls school). They said that if I let them turn me into a man, then I could drive flashy cars all over the world, kill the bad guys, and have sex with several beautiful women on every mission (I did have a crush on my gym mistress once). Naturally I said yes. Obviously sometimes I feel like a woman trapped in a man's body, but it's worth it to be 007.

Just thinking about giving an answer contravenes the Official Secret Act.
You should seriously ask yourself do you want to be guilty of asking questions with the potential to put people in prison and end up putting your own name on somebody's "flagged for termination" list, then cease and desist forthwith.
Big Brother is watching YOU!!
Also your questions have very little to do with "Military"
:-P

Well, technically, some people can answer the questions. Not Covert agents, but perhaps clerks, analysts, technical experts, ect. They can not say they job, but they can say who they work for, just not what they do at work.
