While I disagree with atheism, it is not a crime against man only god. That being the case man should not be able to punish you "Hench the freedom of religion in the great USA" only god can punish you.

God will handle that Psalm 2...Is it a Organized Religion? Do they have a doctrine or hold meetings? Secular Humanists do have a belief system and is described by Webster's Colligiate as a Religion! It should not be supported by Tax dollars, nor should people be forced to accept it.

As far as God is concerned, Yes.

If you are trying to see if the Christian Right was to take control of the United States that we would make it a Crime turning the U.S. into a Theocracy, then I will cut you off right there, we as Christains are to preach the Gospel, not force it upon others, it is your choice to accept or reject it. Making some sort of legislation on the Bible to force it is not in fact Biblical.

Why would it be a crime? Question doesn't make sense considering the it would be totally unconstitutional.

The punishment is always strange looks from others who asked about your religion or being told you're going straight to "hell" because you refuse to accept their way of "religion".
