i drink water 24/7 i drink it with chocolate, dinner, breakfast, lunch even when i go out to eat. even with cookies! i have a nice tall glass of cold water. why am i so addicted to water?

You may want to ask your doctor to check it out. A friend was drinking tons of water for over a year. When she went in for a checkup, and told the doctor that she was always drinking, she got tested for Diabetes, and was diagnosed with it. The water was the only visible clue at the time. She's regulated with pills now, and still drinks water, but way less.

I hear you girlfriend, and it's good for you. I'm the same way I love water, I just can't get enough of it. Anytime somebody comes over I stick a bottle of water in their face. I take water to bed at night, I take it everywhere I go. I guess it's better than drinking soda all the time. I see people who can't go without their soda all the time. How unhealthy! Water is good for us. So we are on the right track.

When I eat chocolate, I love a big glass of ice water with it. I like it to melt in my mouth, then harden w/ the cold water, then melt, then wash it all down w/ cold water. MmmM!

I think you're fine. Better than being addicted to ANY other beverage, believe me!

Water helps you lose water weight - the load you lose the 1st few weeks. after that it incredibly is only right for you. 5-7 20 ounce bottles is around 0.5 a gallon an afternoon - somewhat plenty yet no longer risky, till you're additionally eating soda, coffee, milk and different issues.

I'm the same way. I hate pop, milk, etc. I only drink iced tea (special occasions!) water, and coffee (one cup in the morning) It just tastes so good!

Yea, you're not addicted. You are drinking a lot of water...not addicted. It is good for you...so what's your point? And yes, it can also harm you if you drink too much.

did you grow up drinking alot of water?? that could be a

reason. do you eat lots of spicy, dry foods?? that could be a
