give yourself the Homeric by bushing up on your stomach with both fists together right at the bottom of ribs in the center of stomach push up hard or use the back of a kitchen chair press it hard against your stomach in the same spot

give yourself the heimlich manouvre...
tie a rope round your waste, stick a tin can against your solar plexus under the rope, tie the rope to soemthing and run so the tin digs in hard and sudden just under your rib cage....
otherwise try some other manouvre.
