properly, no longer being a creationist, yet nonetheless a believing Christian, i think like you're lacking the boat from the Christian attitude. To many Christians (somewhat those who would finally end up as creationists) the Bible is the classic, which means that even if that is contained in the Bible, no different information is necessary, even if that is isn't, and conflicts with the Bible, then it isn't real. it really is what a common is, through definition- it really is like a ruler or a protractor- any attitude that the protractor doesn't degree as ninety degrees isn't ninety degrees. notwithstanding, you should word that many human beings, some even very straightforward and otherwise good scientists, purchase into into creationism or smart layout. Creationists and smart layout individuals DO oftentimes and lengthy discourse on why those theories are real and evolution isn't. i think they are incorrect, yet I nonetheless believe in a own God, and nonetheless believe contained in the Bible contained in the most literal way it will be taken without making the earth purely about 7000 years previous. In different words, you've basically purely been uncovered to the anti-evolution propaganda, do not hassle, ultimately you'll see the different kinds obtainable. the biggest element for most creationist media is basically to solid doubt upon evolution- now to not hunt converts yet to guard the religion of those already switched over. which skill the retaining the Biblical account isn't precedence, trashing the 'conflicting' account is. besides, take it as you'll, yet i recognize, as particular or extra actually as i recognize that creationism is bunk, that God exists, is own, and cares about the human beings on Planet Earth. The extra Biology, Chemistry, and Physics I study, the added particular i'm of it. And having examine the different solutions now, I accept as true with the guy who said posting in Spirituality. Sorry if I led to any disharmony myself, no belligerent purpose on my section.

Since they have neither a shred of evidence nor a single valid argument for their religious beliefs, they take to attacking the things that rational people accept as fact, such as evolution. Unfortunately these people have been so damaged by religion that most of them will probably never see the light... but if we safeguard the education system from religious nutters, at least their children will.

If they spent time studying science, they would have a pretty hard time rejecting evolution. Yet this scientific research is what is lacking in all creationist arguments. This is for a reason. You have asked an impossible task, to research science in support of creationism. The idea is that you have to be ignorant to science to reject evolution.

Why dont atheists spend more time proving abiogensis (this the correct term for all of us "evolving" from primordial "goo")?
Evolution solely speaks about how species genetically change to improve reproductive and "hunting" techniques. Evolution is not designed or even theorized to improve for improvements sake.
And why is it ok for your group to blatantly shoot down one theory and champion another theory?
Evolution is often misinterpreted.
I love being "thumbed down" by the idiots of the world. If you think evolution disproves God, you're a moron. If you think evolution and religion are diametrically opposed, you're also a narrow-minded moron.
Evolution has absolutely NOTHING to do with the origin of life and thats why teaching The Theory of Evolution as the origin or life is faulty. That is not proven. We have never seen nor proven that anything has evolved from nothing.

I've always said, if you don't have a legitimate leg to stand on, try and take the leg off the opponent.
Of course, since their theory requires no science or logic, it must be innately supperior. I don't see why they bother trying to "disprove" things like evidence, facts, or the scientific method. Clearly they already have enough support for their beliefs without all those things.

Because they feel their proof is in their faith and Bible and how they "feel" the Spirit within them (whatever that means). So for them thats all the proof they need and we simply "don't understand".
To be fair I spose religious people need that blind faith to go on with life. Fear of Death and feeling there's a purpose to Life gives them some hope that its not all for nothing. But I can't bring myself to believe in myths and scifi, if I wanna do that I'll believe in Star Trek and Middle Earth. Those I can relate to better lol.

Why waste precious time trying to convince people that are "narrow minded" close to "closed minded" thinking. Once Satan makes an impession on someone, its very hard to change their way of thinking. Almost to the point of a "lost cause". But again, who is to say a person can or cannot be saved at the end? Only the God Almighty knows that answer.

They did, and they realized that their best offensive was to attack evolution, given the disastrous lack of scientific basis for creation.
That IS how they try to "prove" their creation idea.

I'm a Christian. The causes atheists choose to support concern me not in the least. What they do or do not believe matters not one twit to me..... but I do wonder why they lose sleep over my religious beliefs.... as apparent as you see right here, right now.
