Every year, between November and February, the cold weather drains my energy, even if i am in doors all day. Is there anything i can do to have more energy during the winter besides moving to warmer climates?

You may need Vitamin D (only as D-3 for effectiveness) and possibly a lightbox. You get less Vit D in the winter; a lightbox will ward of depression. A real one is expensive ($200), just increasing the wattage of your lamps at home and adding a lamp or two at the office will help you a lot.

Go outside & get some fresh air.
Go for a walk.
Exercise (even @ a Gym) it releases endorphins :)
Go tanning occassionally (you need some Vitamin D)
