A few months ago, my wife picked up a 'Photo Radar Ticket' (the offence where you are guilty, before being proved guilty in a court of law).
The ticket alleged she was doing 75 kph in a 50 zone on the 200 block of a certain street, yet the photograph showed the car in the 600 block of the same street.
Instead of paying the $175, should I have fought it, as the operator had her in two different places!
If he got that wrong, what else did he get wrong?
Do I now have any recourse?

In Ontario, Canada, provincial offences (like speeding tickets) have an appeal period (30 days) on convictions. Contact the office to whom you paid the money and see if you can appeal it.

If the appeal period has ended, I don't think there is anything you can do.

You could just send them a photograph of $175. That should take care of it....
